Christmas in a mega-city ghetto. Little Red is a black girl who hangs around the urban jungle, even though her father has forbidden it. He (Black Santa) earns his money by robbing the houses of rich whites dressed as Santa Claus. Then Little Red is eaten by the corrupt cop Wolfgang.
