Southeast Asian eyes in a northern immigrant district of Rotterdam. Or: wherever the wind may blow, says the film maker. An experimental film, shot on 8mm in black & white from the back of a moving bicycle. Ratna also filmed from a plane (see My Right Wing below) and in hectic Jakarta from a bus.
