Igor Bezinović
Igor BEZINOVIĆ (1983, Croatia) studied philosophy, sociology and literature at the University of Zagreb, after which he trained as a filmmaker at the Zagreb Academy of the Dramatic Arts. His first documentary short, Above Average (2009), was shown at film festivals in Croatia, Italy and Kosovo. Since then, he has directed several documentary and fiction shorts. His first full-length documentary was The Blockade (2012), which received the Oktavijan prize for best Croatian documentary in 2012. His work has been celebrated internationally at numerous events. Bezinović also works as a writer.
